Software License Agreement:
You are permitted to evaluate SplitBar XT control for 30 days on one machine only. You are not permitted to distribute
application executables using trial versions of SplitBar XT.
You are not permitted to bypass in any way the protections relating to the
trial version nature of the control.
SpliBar XT control may not be used or encapsulated in a constituent control that allows any third party developer
to use its features in anyway without our written consent. You are
not permitted to distribute any registry keys, license files (.lic),
or serials inserted by the SplitBar XT package to
any other party and to take necessary care to prevent unauthorized use
of SplitBar XT control by a
third party in a development environment.
You are not permitted to reverse engineer,
disassemble or de-compile the SplitBar XT control. You may not modify,
adapt, translate, rent, resell or create a similar control based on it.
By
using SplitBar XT in your applications or development environment, you
agree to the terms and conditions of the full license agreement
included in the downloaded package.

of Warranty
This software and any accompanying files are provided 'AS
IS' without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied,
including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim any warranty of non infringement
to third parties rights.
Limitation
of Liability
Your
use of our software is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Under no
circumstances shall we be liable to you or any other person for any
direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential
damages of any kind, including but not limited to damages for loss of
profits, data, computer failure or malfunction or any commercial
damages or loss arising from your use of this software, even if we
have been advised of such damages.
